Illustrated i lost my lemur studio header with lemurs using phones and playing video games around a retro TV.

Manifesto, sort of

AI should feel less like homework.

There are enough buzzwords, Substacks, think pieces, and very serious people telling you the future has already arrived.

We’re here for the useful part: building small AI-powered tools, workflows, and weird little systems that save time, kill busywork, and make your day less annoying.

AI can be more like an electric guitar than an office memo. You can play it softly. You can play it loud. You can break a few strings. The point is not to worship the machine. The point is to make better music.

AI should not take over your life. It should get out of your way.

Automate what you hate. Do what you love.

We help people who are overwhelmed, curious, skeptical, busy, under-resourced, or just tired of pretending they read every AI newsletter.

Good news: we are also overwhelmed.

That is why we build things instead of making more noise.

Bring us the annoying workflow, half-baked idea, cursed spreadsheet, broken process, or tiny app you keep describing to people.

We’ll open ChatGPT, Claude Code, or whatever strange tool is useful this week, and see what we can build together.

Also, if you’ve found my lemur, please let me know. He’s been missing for two weeks and he’s a little rascal.

What we build

Small tools for annoying work.

AI Workflow Cleanup

We map the repetitive work, find the dumb parts, and build practical AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual drag.

Small Product Builds

Lightweight apps, dashboards, portals, and prototypes built with clear specs, staged execution, and verification before moving on.

Lead + Research Machines

Research-backed lead packets and signal-driven company briefs — not generic “they probably need AI” guessing.

Bring us the cursed workflow

Got a messy process, weird idea, or tiny app you keep describing?

Send the annoying thing. We’ll figure out whether it wants to be an automation, an AI workflow, a small app, or a mercifully deleted task.
